We are looking for a cheerful person who wants to be a part of a team and who loves to talk with and help others on the phone, by email, and via text.
This position is available for an experienced Customer Service Specialist.
Position is full-time OR part-time depending on the applicant’s schedule and experience.
Must have:
A cheerful phone personality.
A can-do positive attitude.
Experience with multiple phone lines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service phone conversation etiquette.
Proficiency with Word/Excel, Google Drive, Internet browsers, and other software.
35+ accurate wpm for notes and for emails to clients.
Accurate data entry skills.
Ability to multitask and follow up on projects/tasks.
Ability to listen well to customer concerns.
Ability to work well with others and as a team.
