This is a great question to ask and is probably one of the more important things to know up front when considering the purchase of a new hot tub. The dealer that you choose to buy from should have a full service division and factory certified technicians. As a Hot Spring spa dealer, we are required to service all the hot tubs that we sell. This is why it is extremely important to purchase from your local dealer who can provide service for your spa. Our friendly service schedulers are available Monday through Friday to schedule our factory certified technicians to come take care of any issues that may arise with your hot tub. Depending on the model you choose, will depend on the warranty period that parts and labor are covered by the manufacturer, but our service and parts department are available to help well beyond the warranty period. You can rest assured that we will be here to help you when you need service on your hot tub. We know that your hot tub is an important part of your daily routine and we strive to get your hot tub up and running as quickly as possible if something goes wrong. As your local Hot Spring spa dealer and service provider, we are a simple phone call or email away.
